Is this a pre-order?

Yes. Orders placed before the first collection is ready for fulfilment are pre-orders. The collection launches on 6 November 2026, and the current estimated delivery window is 13–20 November 2026.

When should my cream arrive?

Delivery is currently estimated for 13–20 November 2026. We will communicate any material changes to the estimated delivery date using the contact details supplied at checkout.

Can I use the cream on my face?

The Original is for face and body. The Oud is for body use only. Avoid the eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

What sizes are available?

Both the Original and the Oud are available in 30ml, 150ml and 300ml tubs. You can add multiple sizes and blends to your bag.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Pre-order changes, cancellations and returns will be explained in our full order terms before live checkout is enabled. You can contact us with any questions in the meantime.
